Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active jatbaz account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. jatbaz employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, jatbaz reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any outstanding balances in those accounts.
You are required to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a unique password of your own choosing. You must not use fictitious information, the identity of another person, or any information that is misleading or incomplete.
jatbaz is required to conduct identity verification (KYC) as a condition of processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents upon request:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time of receiving a request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges until the verification is satisfactorily completed.
All jatbaz accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and displayed balances are processed in BDT unless expressly stated otherwise. jatbaz does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jatbaz account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. jatbaz will never ask you for your full password via email, SMS, or any other communication channel.
You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. jatbaz currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank direct transfer. jatbaz reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your jatbaz wallet within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. jatbaz is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking infrastructure. You must only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed by jatbaz within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to the completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified jatbaz account. jatbaz reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by jatbaz's operating jurisdiction. jatbaz's determination of the outcome of any gaming-related dispute, made after good-faith review of all available evidence, shall be final and binding.
